Codex sessions in Nimbalyst use the user's authenticated Codex runtime and its connected plan.
Good to know
Nimbalyst does not advertise an automatic OpenAI fallback when Codex plan usage is exhausted.
- ChatGPT limits
- Codex must be installed separately. Direct model-provider settings in Nimbalyst are an API-key path and are not covered by the ChatGPT plan.
- Possible extra cost
- Other supported agents and direct model integrations use their own subscriptions or API billing.
How to get started

Install and authenticate Codex CLI.

Install Nimbalyst and enable Codex in global settings.

Start a Codex session from a project or the agent manager.
